EXPERIENCE:
When I packed my bags and moved from Connecticut to Spokane in 1973, I had no idea I was stepping into a lifelong career in real estate. Looking back now—more than 50 years later—it’s hard to believe how time has flown. Sometimes I joke that I must have started when I was only 12!
People often ask me, "How can you work in the same industry for so many years?" My answer? Because no two closings are ever the same. Every transaction brings a new puzzle to solve, a different lender to collaborate with, and fresh faces—whether agents or clients—who make each day unique. That’s what keeps me excited after all these years.
Beyond my love for Seller Financing and whipping up Italian dishes in the kitchen, education has always been a passion of mine. In 2006, I earned my teaching certificate from the Department of Licensing, allowing me to develop and teach clock-hour courses for real estate professionals. Each month, I host live continuing education classes at various locations, sharing insights from the closer’s side of the desk—a perspective many agents rarely get to see.
After all these years, my goal remains the same: to educate, support, and inspire those in the real estate world. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• Established the Spokane chapter of the Escrow Association of Eastern Washington
• Served two 5 year appointments on the Governor's Escrow Commission.
• Spokane Association of Realtors Affiliate of the Year, 2011
• I have a monthly real estate feature called "Ask Angie" in the Spokane Exchange.
• I finally published my Italian cookbook called "My Little Meatball" last year and have sold over 2,000 copies between Washington and Connecticut.
